Chakori Dwivedi was born in an affluent Hindu family in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. His mother Pooja Tandon Dwivedi runs an NGO named “Nayi Dishayan”. Chakorina did her schooling at the Convent Jesus and Mary and scored 94 percent in Humanities in 2013–14. He later joined Sri Venkatesh College, Delhi to pursue English Literature.
Chakori was always passionate about acting and after graduation, she joined Drama School, in Mumbai to fulfill her dream of acting.

Chakori got her first successful role in 2015 in the web series Baked, which starred Prannoy Manchanda, Shantanu Anam, Manik Papaneja, and Kriti Vij. She later played the role of Shanaya Gonzalez in the web series Mister.
In 2022, she got the golden opportunity to play the lead role of Jigyasa Joshi in the Hotstar web series Home Shanti, where she starred alongside Supriya Pathak Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Poojan Chhabra and Happy Ranjeet.
